Thanks in advance. Doesn't provide any solid proof that Dragon Nest is coming to SEA. Expanding company to Singapore doesn't mean building a straight bridge with all their games flowing in. For example, the games available for Asiasoft SG and Asiasoft TH are different. Though I would like to see a localized version of Dragon Nest.

Although not yet solid, but it is listed as coming soon on their game list page. From a company point of view, it is beneficial to Shanda to spread the an IP they owned as far and wide possible. Also another benefit is to cut out the middle man point card selling by setting up office and selling it directly or assign their own vendor. Which they currently doing with Cherry Credits. To me, these signs show strong possibility of the game coming to the region.
Personally, I would play SEA server for the same reason. Reduce lag and better access to point card.

The game can crash 3 times a week during pre-launch due to bug etc etc. For eg, RequiemSEA, the game is super lag even its in SEA hosting, eventually its bottleneck connection btwn our isp and the host server. Rollbacks are very frequent. Bots and Hacks abuse. My 2years of Cabal SEA, each time the login server has problem the next day will be a rollback, so for those who managed to get into the game but didnt disconnect its not fair.
Quality of customer service is poor. I once request AS to reset certain account pins. They ask me to pay money or something. Thats my experience.

It may only reach up to one of their exchange and then to another copper line network to the PoP backhaul before going overseas. I heard it helps a lot in terms of downloading, unsure about gaming. You can download a couple of files and online gaming at the same time without being affected.

Though the government wants to waste the $ on a stupid tower instead. I had experience with AS for few games.nightmare I can say. Even I willing to give up on my Blader character in Cabal (lvl 160+) just like that, just to leave AS. I also have experienced with Kiasi Kiasu SEA player (a lot of them.really a lot), which really freak me out. As for latency, might as well try on the Taiwan server for DN if you guys interested.
